Description:
IDT is a HK company whose sales and marketing are in HK, R&D and manufacturing are in SZ, it has a history of over 40 years, its main business focuses in OEM/ODM and JDM of the consumer electronics for the customers from US and EU, it also has its own brand Oregon Scientific for Smart Home products. It has 2000 employees for the whole company.
My team consists of around 50 staffs: mechanics, embedded hardware, embedded software, Mobile App, Cloud server, and technician, clerk.
My work was product development, including product features design and relevant technology R&D. The product features design is the functions of the products, especially for IoT product, it needs plan the digital business models, such as ecosystem, freemium etc., based on the cooperation with colleagues from marketing and sales.

My job began with part-time consultancy , and then from 2014 1/to 2017 1 / , my work was full time product development , including product features design and relevant technology R&D.
