哈萨克斯坦产品经理岗位JDRESPONSIBILITY 1-Target Market Definition: Identify the target market and customer base for the product, including market segmentation and characteristics of target customers.2-Product Positioning and Value Proposition: Develop the product's value proposition and differentiation strategy based on market analysis.3-Marketing Plan Development: Create detailed marketing plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, budgets, and timelines.4-Product Training: Provide internal teams with training in product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure they can effectively sell the product.5-Marketing Promotion Activities: Organize and execute marketing promotion activities, such as product launches, seminars, webinars, etc.6-Customer Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, analyse customer needs and preferences, and provide a basis for product improvements.7-Sales Support: Provide the sales team with necessary support, such as market intelligence, customer cases, competitive analysis, etc.8-Market Feedback Analysis: Analyze market and sales data, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, and adjust strategies based on analysis results.9-Product Pricing: Participate in the formulation of product pricing strategies to ensure product prices are competitive in the market.10-Cross-Departmental Communication: Maintain communication with departments such as product management, R&D, customer service, etc., to ensure marketing strategies are synchronized with product development.11-Product Requirement Management: Collect and analyze user requirements and collaborate with the product management team to transform these requirements into product features or improvement points.12-Project Management: Participate in project management during the product development process to ensure the product is released on time and meets quality standards.Other job assigned by line manager.Requirements1-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field2-Minimum 3 years’ experience in Upholstered furniture field3-Strong communication skills 4-Be able to frequent business trip5-Good command of English, Native speaker of Russian & Kazakh language6-Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty7-Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management, portfolio management, and NPIs.8-Strong time management, organizational communication, and collaboration abilities9-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills10-Be proactive and able to get things done in a timely manner11-Strong understanding of high-level strategic direction and sales goals12-Proven excellence in multi-tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals13-Proficient in using Office programs
