任职资格|

1.工程、机械专业或材料科学专业本科及以上学历

2.专业要求必须具备与机械和 / 或金属或非金属材料和 / 或电子、电气商品的性能及制造工艺相关的技术知识 |

3.5 - 8 年跨国公司战略采购经验，有汽车热管理系统 / 产品相关经验及团队管理经验者优先

5.强大的领导能力，能承受工作压力，良好的沟通能力和演示技巧

1. Develop commodity and supplier strategies independently or through team leadership. Ensure alignment with the China headquarters and gain consensus from senior management.

2. Lead procurement efforts to identify centralized purchasing opportunities, reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and enhance operational efficiency.

3. Develop the most suitable supply base for the company in terms of suppliers' technical capabilities, quality stability, price competitiveness, production capacity, and overall business adaptability.

4. Lead bidding processes, analyze bids, and negotiate with suppliers. Manage total landed costs.

5. Responsible for conceiving, reviewing, approving, and executing ongoing cost reduction projects, using project management tools and techniques, and collaborating with internal and external parties when necessary.

6. Monitor commodity market trends against supplier pricing and use relevant knowledge to secure the lowest costs for the company.

7. Align with global requirements and processes, develop and implement the most suitable processes for global and North American strategic procurement functions. Maintain data integrity in electronic systems.

8. Manage and improve the overall performance of global and North American base suppliers to better support the company group's global procurement activities.

Qualifications |

1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science.
2. Professional requirement: Must possess technical knowledge related to the performance and manufacturing processes of mechanical and/or metal or non-metallic materials and/or electronic and electrical commodities. |
3. 5-8 years of strategic procurement experience in multinational companies, with experience in automotive thermal management systems/products and team management preferred.

5. Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, and presentation skills.
6. Analytical ability to conduct highly complex procurement, competition, and scheduling analysis, and proficiency in applying artificial intelligence tools.
