1.品牌战略与推广:策划并执行线上线下整合营销活动,提升品牌知名度与市场占有率,推动产品竞争力持续增强;

2.市场分析与策略优化:运用专业市场分析方法,动态跟踪行业趋势、竞争格局及客户需求,定期输出深度市场分析报告;基于数据洞察提出产品优化、定价策略及市场拓展建议,为公司战略决策提供数据支持。

3.销售目标管理与执行 :承接公司年度销售指标,制定区域/渠道销售计划并分解落实,通过资源调配、过程监控及绩效评估确保目标达成。优化销售流程与激励机制,推动团队高效协作,提升销售转化率与客户满意度。

4.市场拓展与客户关系管理: 重点开拓马来当地重防腐涂料市场,挖掘潜在客户并建立合作网络,扩大市场份额;维护长期客户关系,提供定制化解决方案,提升客户粘性及复购率,推动业务可持续增长。

5.跨部门协同与创新:联动研发、生产及服务团队,反馈市场需求并推动产品迭代,确保市场策略与公司资源高效匹配。

岗位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、国际贸易、化工材料、商务英语等相关专业优先。

2.5年以上工业涂料或化工行业销售经验, 具备成功主导大客户开发、项目落地及渠道建设的实战案例。

3.行业知识与市场洞察:熟悉重防腐涂料产品特性、应用场景及行业标准;了解国际市场竞争格局,掌握目标区域的政策法规、贸易壁垒及客户采购习惯;能够快速响应市场变化,制定本地化销售策略。

4.核心技能:中文流利者优先;具备熟练的驾驶技能,能够适应频繁的商务出行;具备良好的商务接待能力,能熟练应对各类商务接待工作。

5.沟通与语言能力:适应多元文化环境,能高效协调海外代理商、经销商及终端客户关系;

6.数据分析与策略制定:熟练运用CRM系统及市场分析工具(如Excel、Tableau),制定数据驱动的销售计划。

 

Job Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Promotion: Plan and execute integrated online-offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and market share, and drive continuous improvement of product competitiveness.

Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization: Use professional market analysis methods to dynamically track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs, and regularly output in-depth market analysis reports. Propose product optimization, pricing strategies, and market expansion suggestions based on data insights to provide data support for the company's strategic decisions.

Sales Target Management and Execution: Undertake the company's annual sales targets, formulate regional/channel sales plans and decompose them for implementation. Ensure target achievement through resource allocation, process monitoring, and performance evaluation. Optimize sales processes and incentive mechanisms to promote efficient team collaboration and improve sales conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Market Expansion and Customer Relationship Management: Focus on expanding the local heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating market in Malaysia, explore potential customers and establish a cooperation network to expand market share. Maintain long-term customer relationships, provide customized solutions, enhance customer stickiness and repurchase rates, and drive sustainable business growth.

Cross-departmental Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with R&D, production, and service teams to feedback market demands and promote product iteration, ensuring efficient matching of market strategies with company resources.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to relevant majors such as marketing, international trade, chemical materials, business English, etc.

More than 5 years of sales experience in the industrial coating or chemical industry, with practical cases of successfully leading key account development, project implementation, and channel construction.

Industry Knowledge and Market Insight: Familiar with the product characteristics, application scenarios, and industry standards of heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings; understand the international market competition landscape, master the policies, regulations, trade barriers, and customer purchasing habits of the target region; and be able to quickly respond to market changes and formulate localized sales strategies.

Core Skills: Priority given to fluent Chinese speakers; proficient driving skills and the ability to adapt to frequent business trips; good business reception capabilities to proficiently handle various business reception tasks.

Communication and Language Skills: Adapt to multicultural environments and efficiently coordinate relationships with overseas agents, distributors, and end customers.

Data Analysis and Strategy Formulation: Proficient in using CRM systems and market analysis tools (such as Excel, Tableau) to formulate data-driven sales plans.
