【岗位定位】:负责巴西工厂 HR 全盘管理,包括招聘,培训,绩效,薪酬,员工关系等。
【Position Overview】
Responsible for comprehensive HR management at the Brazil manufacturing facility, encompassing recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
【工作内容】
【Job Responsibilities】
1.负责巴西工厂团队搭建与日常运营,统筹管理招聘.培训.绩效.员工关系等模块;
Lead organizational development and daily HR operations for the Brazil plant, with full accountability for recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
2.建立健全公司招聘.培训.薪酬福利.绩效考核.员工关系等各项人力资源制度;
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures covering talent acquisition, learning & development, C&B, performance evaluation, and workplace relations.
3.主导 HR 系统上线与优化,提升人力资源管理效率;
Spearhead HRIS implementation and continuous optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
4.负责公司各项人事制度的健全和监督执行;
Ensure proper formulation, compliance monitoring, and enforcement of all HR policies.
5.负责劳资关系的维护和处理,积极配合部门处理员工异常事件,维护良好的劳资关系;
Manage labor relations, promptly address employee grievances, and maintain harmonious employer-employee relationships.
6.定期向集团汇报人力资源相关工作进展,保持信息同步与战略协同;
Provide regular HR progress reports to corporate headquarters to ensure strategic alignment.
7.上级或集团交办的其他事项。
Execute additional assignments as delegated by senior management.
【任职要求】
【Qualifications】
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源.工商管理等相关专业;
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
2.中英文流利,5 年以上人力资源工作经验,其中至少 3 年以上大型制造业 HR 管理经验;
Full professional proficiency in both English and Portuguese (verbal and written). Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience including 3+ years in large-scale (300+ employees) manufacturing HR management.
3.具备丰富的招聘经验,能独立完成人才引进与团队建设;
Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment and organizational development.
4.有 HR 系统实施或上线经验,熟悉系统操作流程及数据管理;
Hands-on HRIS implementation experience with strong system operation and data management capabilities.
5.熟悉巴西及当地劳动人事政策及相关法规,熟悉人力资源各模块工作;
Thorough understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and local employment regulations across all HR functional areas.
6.性格开朗,善于沟通,执行及抗压能力强,严谨踏实.条理性强.具备较强的推动力.问题解决能力。
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong execution capability, stress tolerance, meticulousness, logical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving aptitude.
