【岗位职责】

【Job Responsibilities】

2.1 非生产性采购工作管理 Non-productive procurement management 1）负责设备、智能工厂等固定资产和系统、软件等无形资产需求的供应商寻源、报价对比，供应商认证及供应商管

理以及采购执行等工作。Responsible for supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, supplier certification and management,

and procurement execution of fixed assets such as equipment, smart factory, intangible assets such as system and software;

2）负责其它非生产性采购工作，涉及范围：厂务运营维保、后勤相关、环保安全、保险、认证、劳保物资、、广告

宣传、律所、审计机构等服务的寻源和采购执行工作。Responsible for other non-productive procurement work, including:

factory operation and maintenance, logistics related, environmental protection and safety, insurance, certification, labor and

material, advertising, law firm, audit institution and other services sourcing and procurement implementation.

3）负责工程类需求，装饰装修、机电安装、零星工程等的寻源、报价对比分析，供应商认证及供应商管理以及采购

执行等工作。Responsible for engineering requirements, source search, quotation and comparison analysis of decoration,

mechanical and electrical installation, miscellaneous works, supplier certification, supplier management and procurement

execution.

4）负责基建招标项目，负责组织项目招标的整体工作，包括但不限于组织编制招标方案、招标文件，招标答疑澄

清，供应商考察或质询，开评标汇报，招标合同签订，招标资料归档等，以及招标活动相关的其他招标职责工作等。

Responsible for infrastructure bidding projects, responsible for organizing the overall work of project bidding, including but

not limited to organizing the preparation of bidding plans, bidding documents, bidding questions and clarifications, supplier

investigation or inquiry, bid opening and evaluation report, bidding contract signing, bidding data archiving, and other

bidding responsibilities related to bidding activities.

5）负责参与合同谈判、起草采购合同，并协调相关部门评审和签署协议等。Responsible for participating in contract

negotiation, drafting procurement contracts, and coordinating relevant departments to review and sign agreements.

6）负责采购需求收集及汇总，并根据年度采购计划，开展市场调研、价格谈判等工作。Responsible for collecting and

summarizing purchasing requirements, carrying out market research and price negotiation according to the annual

purchasing plan.

2.2 生产性采购工作管理 Management of productive procurement work

1）负责生产性物料供应商寻源与订单执行日常工作：供应商选择和管理以及供应商关系维护，物料询源、提供样

品，谈价、比价、锁价，释放订单、跟踪交货、对账付款、异常处理等。Responsible for daily work of sourcing and order

execution of productive material suppliers: supplier selection and management, supplier relationship maintenance, material

inquiry, sample provision, price negotiation, price comparison and price lock, order release, delivery tracking, account

reconciliation and payment, abnormal handling, etc..

2）负责掌握原材料市场行情，深入了解供应链特征，提前制定供应策略。Responsible for mastering the market situation

of raw materials, deeply understanding the characteristics of supply chain, and formulating supply strategies in advance.

3）负责协同内部管理物料订单配额、量产备货、物料品质异常等工作。Responsible for coordinating internal

management of material order quota, mass production and stock, material quality anomaly, etc.;

4）负责生产性物料询价报价、成本深度分析和管理；Responsible for production material inquiry and quotation, cost in

depth analysis and management.

5）负责生产性物料的整体交付与库存控制计划协调管理工作。Responsible for the overall delivery and inventory control

plan coordination and management of productive materials.

6）负责持续改善采购价格、供应商账期、物料交期等，跟进采购部 BSC 和达成 KPI 指标。 Responsible for continuous

improvement of purchasing price, supplier account period and material delivery period, follow up the BSC of the purchasing

department and achieve KPI indicators.

【任职资格】

【Qualifications】1.学历：大学本科或以上学历 ，理工科、国际贸易等相关专业。Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in science

and engineering, international trade or related majors.

2.行业经验 Industry experience:

1）有 3 年以上电子元器件询源及采购经验。More than 3 years experience in electronic components sourcing and

purchasing.

2）有电子行业相关大型企业工作经验优先。Working experience in large electronics industry is preferred;

3）有供应链开发管理工作经验优先。Supply chain development and management experience is preferred.

3.语言能力：流利英文、葡语，中文偏好。Language skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese, preference for Chinese

4.专业技能 Professional skills：

1）熟练 SAP、ERP 等办公软件的操作。Proficient in SAP, ERP and other office software.

2）熟悉电子元器件及结构定制件的特性和成本架构。Familiar with the characteristics and cost structure of electronic

components and structural custom parts;

3）具有内外部沟通协作以及供应商谈判能力。Have the ability to communicate and cooperate with internal and external

suppliers;

4）具有信息收集以及数据处理分析能力。Ability to collect information and process and analyze data.

5. 其他：Others

1）领导力：有效组织团队，擅长跨部门协作，能在组织内外部推动问题处理和改善，并持续推进采购流程建设及优

化。Leadership: Effective team organization, cross-department collaboration skills, able to promote problem solving and

improvement inside and outside the organization, and continue to promote the construction and optimization of

procurement process;

2）沟通与协调能力：理解他们需求和观点，并做出适当反应，通过协调与组织内外部人员达成某种共识的能力。

Communication and coordination ability: the ability to understand their needs and opinions, respond appropriately, and

reach a consensus through coordination and organization of internal and external personnel;

3）执行能力：能迅速理解上级的意图，并按照上级的指示进行工作，可按照上级的指示形成目标并制定出具体可行

的方案，然后通过资源的合理利用保证方案高效顺利实施的能力。Executive ability: Able to quickly understand the

4）成本管控能力：具有较强的成本意识，能够完成部门制定的降价目标，并能提供降低成本的方法。Cost control

provide ways to reduce costs.

5）供应商寻源及管理能力：熟悉所负责产品线，掌握供应商资源，通过新资源的引进，进行供应商结构优化，独立

进行供应商管理（包括报价管理、订单管理、合同管理、绩效管理、审核管理、清单管理等）。Supplier sourcing and

management ability: Familiar with the product line in charge, master supplier resources, optimize supplier structure through

the introduction of new resources, and independently manage suppliers (including quotation management, order

management, contract management, performance management, audit management, list management, etc.).
