【岗位职责】

【Job Responsibilities】

2.1 体系管理 System Management

1) 体系搭建与维护：根据公司运营要求，带领团队逐步建立并维护 ISO/IEC 17025 管理体系以及巴西 inmetroc 出

厂首检资质维护，主导团队进行管理评审、内审、及外审，并针对改善。System Development and Maintenance: Based on the company's operational requirements, lead the team to

gradually establish and maintain management systems such as ISO/IEC 17025，initial shipment inspection

qualification by INMETRO in Brazil. Lead the team in conducting management reviews, internal audits, and external

audits, and implement targeted improvements.

2) 和总部密切配合完成 ISO/IEC 17025 认证、巴西 INMETRO 出厂首检资质认证和维护，以及首检资质未取得前，

在本地授权机构完成首检相关事宜，以支持产品在本地的交付。

Work closely with the headquarters to complete the ISO/IEC 17025 certification, initial shipment inspection

qualification by INMETRO in Brazil,complete the relevant matters related to the initial shipment inspection at the local

authorized institution before obtaining the qualification, maintenance to support the local delivery of the company's

products.

3) 持续改进：通过各种方法推进子公司的实验室建设，推进实验室 KCA 活动，持续提升实验室检测能力。

Continuous Improvement: Promote the development of laboratory within subsidiaries through various methods,

including KCA activities, to continuously improve the testing ability.

2.2 实验室管理 Laboratory Management

1) 参与实验室规划，满足实验室持续发展的需要。

Participate in the planning of laboratory construction to meet the needs of the laboratory's continuous development.

2) 管理实验室仪器设备，负责设备选型、技术评估和验收、负责设备故障后的跟进，维修后的功能确认及监控，

保障仪器设备平稳运行。同时，作为公司仪器采购的技术主管部门，负责相关部门仪器采购合理性评估。

Manage laboratory instruments and equipment, be responsible for equipment technical selection and acceptance,

follow-up after equipment failure, confirm functions after repair, ensure the equipment can operate stably.At the

same time, as the technical competent department for the company's instrument procurement, be responsible for

evaluating the rationality of instrument procurement for relevant departments.

3) 负责测试标准的研究、标准查新和方法证实等，以确保实验室的检测方法准确可靠。

Be responsible for conducting research on testing standards, conducting standard update verification, and verifying

the testing methods, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the laboratory's testing procedures.

4) 组织编写设备操作指引和试验作业指导书，对试验人员进行培训和考核，保障测试项目的顺利进行。

Write equipment operation guidelines and testing operation instructions, conduct training and assessment for test

personnel, and ensure the smooth progress of the testing projects.

5) 关注行业先进的测试方法，引入适合公司的测试方法和测量软件，保障实验室的技术手段先进。

Pay attention to the advanced testing methods in the industry, introduce suitable testing methods and measurement

software, and ensure that the technical means of the laboratory are up-to-date.

6) 负责监督测试人员，确保有资质的人员才能操作相关设备，确保试验人员正确穿戴劳保防护用品。

Be responsible for supervising the testing personnel, ensuring that only qualified individuals can operate the relevant

equipment, and ensuring that the testing personnel correctly wear personal protective equipment.

2.3 设备校准管理 Equipment Calibration Management

1) 负责建立公司计量管理制度，并组织实施，确保公司仪器设备溯源准确。

Be responsible for establishing and implementing measurement management system, ensure the accuracy of the

traceability of measurement instruments.

2) 组织完成工厂计量器具的周期内校准，跟踪校准过程，处理异常校准结果。

Organize and complete the internal and external calibration of the factory's measuring instruments, track the

calibration process and handle abnormal calibration results.

3) 负责校准方案的制定，校准证书的确认和校准证书的归档。

Be responsible for the formulation of calibration plans, the verification of calibration certificates, and the archiving of

calibration certificates.

2.4 外部测试/校准资源管理 External Testing/Calibration Resource Management

1) 负责寻找外部测试/校准资源、审核校准资质，负责与第三方测试/校准机构沟通协调，建立良好的长期合作关

系，以满足公司的检测/校准需求。

Be responsible for seeking external testing/calibration resources, reviewing testing/calibration qualifications,

communicating and coordinating with third-party testing/calibration institutions, establishing good long-term cooperative relationships to meet the testing/calibration needs.

2) 负责外部测试/校准费用的结算，提前预警大额费用，降低外部成本。

Be responsible for the settlement of external testing/calibration costs, timely statistics and analysis of external

testing/calibration costs, early warning of large expenses, and reduction of external costs.

【任职资格】

【Qualifications】

1.学历：大学本科或以上学历，通信、电子或电气等相关专业；

Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in communication, electronics or electrical related fields;

2.行业经验：Experience:

1) 具有 5 年及以上电子制造行业相关经验，至少 3 年实验室工作经验。

5 or more years of experience in electronics manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of laboratory work experience.

2) 具有 ISO 9001，ISO/IEC 17025、巴西水气出厂首检相关体系建立和维护经验。

Experience establishing and maintaining ISO 9001,ISO/IEC 17025, initial shipment inspection qualification by INMETRO

in Brazil systems.

3.语言能力：流利英文、葡语，懂中文尤佳。

Language skills: fluent in English, Portuguese, Chinese preferred.

4.专业技能：Professional skills

1) 熟悉巴西的 INMETRO 等认证法规，具备一定的 ISO/IEC17025 相关的知识储备。

Familiar with Brazil's INMETRO and other certification regulations, and has relevant knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025.

2) 熟悉仪器设备校准管理。

Familiar with the calibration management of instruments and equipment.

3) 熟悉电能表、水表产品相关的各种实验仪器的原理，操作，维护。

Familiar with the principles, operation and maintenance of various experimental instruments related to electric meter

and water meter products.

4) 熟悉电能表、水表产品的通用国际，国家标准。

Familiar with the general international and national standards for electric meter and water meter products.

5) 有电能表检定装置、水表检定装置、气候试验箱等设备的相关使用经验。

Have relevant experience in using equipment such as electric meter verification devices, water meter verification

devices, and climate test chambers.

5. 其他：Others

1) 参与过实验室建设及 ISO/IEC17025 首次体系认证者优先。

Experience in laboratory construction and first-time ISO/IEC 17025 system certification is preferred.

2) 有实验室技术负责人或质量负责人经历者优先录用。

Experience as a laboratory technical director or quality director is preferred.

3) 有 ISO/IEC 17025 体系内审员资格者优先。

ISO/IEC 17025 internal auditor qualification is preferred.
