Position Summary

We are seeking a corporate generalist with an e-commerce background to support legal & compliance affairs, mainly on commercial, e-commerce platform and related company operations.

Responsibilities:

● Set up contract review process.

● Structure, draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements, including those relating to e-commerce operations, logistics, vendors, marketing and advertising, sponsorships, co-branding, influencers, social media, and brand ambassadors.

● Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment issues.

● Draft contest, game and sweepstakes rules and terms and conditions and assist with filing the requisite applications to conduct such sweepstakes and contests.

● Draft website terms of use and other disclosures.

● Provide advice to cross-functional teams on advertising issues, including discount advertising, disclaimers and disclosures, and claims substantiation.

● Provide advice to cross-functional teams on disclosures for new products.

● Manage litigation matters.

● Manage and coordinate with outside counsel.

● Assist in developing processes and procedures.

● Perform other duties as assigned or required.

● 为跨部门团队提供新品相关的披露事项建议。

● 管理诉讼案件。

● 管理并协调外部律师事务所。

● 协助制定各项流程与制度。

● 完成上级指派的其他工作。
