Responsibilities
Narrative Experimentation: Run A/B tests on copy and visuals across different female personas (e.g., stress management, sleep optimization) to find high-converting storytelling angles.
Oversee integrated brand marketing in North America: develop and execute KOL/KOC partnerships, PR campaigns, content marketing (video, social, blog), industry events (CES, etc.), and new product GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies to elevate brand awareness, preference, and market penetration.
Performance Marketing: Oversee Google, Meta, TikTok, and Podcast ads; dynamically allocate budgets to lower CAC while maintaining brand premium.
Full-Funnel Strategy: Lead the 0-to-1 growth roadmap for NA; take full accountability for revenue, market share, and ROI on our Shopify platform.
Retention & LTV: Build a lifecycle management system via Klaviyo/SMS to drive repeat purchases and long-term brand loyalty.
Credibility-led Growth: Integrate MD endorsements and clinical claims into high-converting assets while ensuring FDA/FTC compliance.
Data-Driven Insights: Establish a closed-loop analytics cycle; "translate" NA market feedback into product suggestions for HQ R&D.
Build, manage, and develop a local marketing team (including specialists in performance, content, brand, etc.), collaborate cross-functionally with global teams (product, supply chain, customer service) and external partners (agencies, KOLs), and drive efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Work closely with CEO & the North America regional lead to develop and fully execute regional marketing strategies and budgets for the North American 3C market. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer insights (e.g., purchasing behavior for luxury and women’s wearables), and the competitive landscape. Lead brand positioning and growth initiatives, with full accountability for revenue, market share, and ROI targets.
Requirements
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder with a long-term professional track record in the U.S. market. You bring vertical expertise in FemTech, HealthTech, or premium D2C lifestyle categories (e.g., Luxury, Beauty, or Fine Jewelry). You possess a "native" grasp of North American cultural contexts and sales channels, with the ability to decode and influence the purchasing behavior of North American female consumers.
10+ years of progressive marketing experience in North America, with 5+ years of proven end-to-end DTC website management success (3C/smart hardware background preferred). Demonstrated track record of driving significant revenue growth (e.g., achieving 2x+ scale expansion within 1-2 years) and optimizing marketing ROI. Experience in marketing for new brands is required.
Expertise in North American digital marketing ecosystem: proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), SEO/SEM, and social media management. Ability to design and implement scalable growth systems independently.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities: demonstrated success in building brand from 0 to 1 or scaling existing brands, with experience in viral marketing campaigns, new product launches, or market share expansion.
5+ years of team management experience, with a proven track record of building and developing high-performance teams. Results-oriented and data-driven, equipped with exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and resource integration capabilities. Extensive experience in mentoring direct reports and fostering teamwork.
