工作职责:
1.测试工作: 电动机(发动机用)性能功能测试及数据分析工作,包括整机性能测试/部件性能测试。具体为与设计部门或客户进行的测试目的、试验项目与试验标准的沟通，试验资源的协调试验方案的实施，测试报告及其它评价材料的编写与发布。主要包括功率曲线、电流电压、转速扭矩、过载、机械冲击、退磁、电枢超速及电磁开关的吸合释放触点压降等项目。

2.试验设备的开发: 主导ORC扭转刚度试验台的开发工作, 齿轮啮合试验台的开发工作，参与SSM3电磁开关试验台的开发工作。

3.实验室管理工作: 负责5个试验台的日常管理工作。
4. 产品设计工作: 2018年3月转入设计部门，完成2个机型5个结构件的设计。

完成2个机型2组齿轮减速机构的设计。

1. I am mainly responsible for electrical performance testing on starter motors. Prepare and discuss test specification with other departments or customers, then carry out test plan, finally submit test report.test items mainly include performance curves (power/voltage/current/speed/torque),overload test, shock stop, demagnetization test, armature overspeed, cycle test and so on.

2. I also take charge of or take part in some tester designing work, such as motors ORC torsional stiffness test bench, pinion engagement depth tester, SSM3 solenoid function tester, etc.

3. Starter motor performance test Lab management, arrangement and maintenance of 5 test bench.

4. Product design: Mar. 2018 transferred to design department，Experience in design of 4 motor structures and 2 gear reducers.

1.产品结构进行创新及优化设计，完成专利提案7项（5项进行中，2项已授权），发表论文1篇（机械制造2013.10）。

2.测试工作: 重工机械产品整机性能测试及整机可靠性试验工作,包括机械/电气/液压。具体为总体测试方案编写、评审与实施，测试报告及其它评价材料的编写与发布。整机测试主要包括定置参数、液压系统、控制信号、振动、噪声、热平衡、视野、应力、人机工程、作业性能等项目。

3.机械零部件装机匹配试验工作（如换热器、泵、马达、减速机等），负责部分零部件台架试验的台架设计及试验工作（如助力器、减振块）。

4.协助主机院进行重要品质问题整改（如转向问题、振动参数研究、气弹簧问题等）及现场故障处理工作。

5.重工机械产品标杆研究、产品认证工作（如COC认证、CU认证）、客户使用感受及改善建议的收集工作 （2个月华南区域客户走访、2个月浙江区域客户走访）。

1. I am mainly responsible for performance testing and reliability testing on road machinery, Specifically preparation, review and implementation of overall test plan, write and publish test reports.

2. I am responsible for parts matching test work of road machine, such as heat exchanger, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motor, reducers, etc. I also involved in the design of test bench and related test work of some parts.

3. Assist R&D department to deal with some important quality problems and failure from job site, such as vibration parameters of roller, the tracks skiddy, gas spring fault.

4. Other work such as benchmarking study, product certification.
