Key Responsibilities: Setup both Engineering and Quality Management process and implement to projects.
- Setup Engineering Quality Management System in ADAS BU.
- Setup Product Engineering Process according to V model in ADAS BU.
- Support to transformation of Agile by embed project quality into Agile.
- Setup SWQA team according to ASPICE in ADAS BU
- Project Quality Management (PQM) work in new projects (Identify technical and project risks, Design Verification, Engineering and Project process assurance).

- Monitor the feasibility of related human resource and budget at the RFQ phase.
- Monitor customer requirement elicitation and tracking.
- Contribute new quality method to quality assurance model.
- Independence report the project status to project steering committee.
- Coach team member about V-model, ASPICE and engineering process.
- Assure all product deliverables compliance with BU engineering directive.
- Handover to plant quality before SOP, including make the regular product test plan...etc.
- Collect field quality issues and make lesson learns to new project.
- Monitor and approval Engineering Change after SOP.

研发质量管理：新产品开发过程中，研发流程，产品质量的控制与监督
1.审核研发团队在项目各个阶段所产生的交付成果是否符合公司质量体系要求；
2.开发产品测试方案，制定产品测试计划；
3.领导和协调供应商质量工程师，软件质量工程师，认证工程师，环境工程师与研发团队在项目各个阶段的跟进。（角色类似质量部的项目经理）；
4.调查研究产品在市场的反馈情况，为后续新项目提供参考数据与数据；
5.帮助供应商改进现有质量过程，监督改进执行情况；
6.主持客服代表，研发成员，市场销售组成的团队解决产品上市后发生的投诉；
