Manage end to end employee life cycle events and
processes including but not limited to on-boarding,
transfers, relocation and off-boarding.
Participation in HR projects such as process
improvements with the objective of streamlining,
standardization and compliance.
Advise, propose and develop basic policies such as leave,
insurances, work arrangement and staff activities.
Support internal communications efforts for Singapore
and overseas offices to ensure consistent messages and
experience for all staff.
Payroll administration and monthly budget & costing
reports.
Maintain and updates HR databases & employees'
personnel files.
Conducts new employee orientations.
Administer welfare matters and organize team buildings.
In charge of the office administration and maintenance
such as repair coordination, renewal of service contracts
etc.
Travel administration support such as hotel bookings,
flight reservations and visa applications.
