Lead and oversee the organization and its subsidy company full spectrum payroll function including resolve payroll issues.

Indonesia – Liaise with EOR service provider.
Ensure and coordinate on time government form submission including Malaysia and Thailand employer obligations.
Design and implement the organization's compensation and benefits programs to meet the organization's objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness.
Develop organization remuneration policies and programs in accordance with business planning, organizational culture and values.
Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations, inclusive of regional/ local employer obligations.
Develop, maintain organization pay range and grade for creation of new hire remuneration package and internal movement increment.
Handle internal job movement, including promotion, transfer and termination with drafting relevant paperwork and forms.
Working closely with the hiring team and proposing a competitive package to talent according to requirement and handling onboarding process and briefing.
Support operational C&B matters including searching, liaising with HR service providers.
Main in charge to develop training plan, provide coaching and mentoring to new hires of payroll team. Involved in direct communication with the management team in the necessary events.
