Chihuahua, Durango and Sinaloa according to the needs of the

• Internal policies and strategies for the good of both staff and
company needs as well as compensation and benefits improvement
during the first year of operations in Mexico of the company.
• Knowledge and application of labor, social security, civil, commerce
law, as well as local and federal regulations.
• Performance evaluations, file control of both HR and legal
department and union relationship.
