(active in coating and distribution of steel pipe for oil&gas andtrading of steel pipe) with the goal to follow in the first 3 years improvements in the production activity
with the introduction of some automatic machine, then involved in sales development, mainly with aboard
sales.
Main results achieved by my personal efforts were:
• In production and turn over.
• In cost reduction trough new automatic process.
• In quality with the obtainment of ISO 9001, A.I.A. and DVGW certifications
• In employs satisfaction trough the introduction of new polices of end year benefits negotiated
with workers associations
• In sales and purchase with access to new procurement markets (China, Georgia, Israel and others)
and sales markets (UAE, Kazasthan, Algeria, Northern European, and others)
• In the company brand awareness having developed a marketing strategy based on fairs, web site
developing, direct marketing.
