Recruited for international business experience to establish and lead the global Customer Success Organization and deliver strong growth. Relocated to Germany to create and direct the global Customer Success Organization, which includes sales to existing customers, technical service and new business development. Responsible for new business growth, talent management, customer retention, new product launches, territory development, customer satisfaction, competitive analysis, and forecasting. Core member of the Global Sales and Marketing Leadership Team and directly accountable for $338M revenue (2022) and 139 direct employees in 29 countries serving >5500 customers.
§ Substantial Growth, Leadership & Change Management: Established and directs the global Customer Success Organization at CAS. Grew the business over 4 years (2018-2022) from $253.8M to $338.0M with a CAGR of 7.4%.
§ Market Expansion: Expanded sales reach into emerging markets (Indonesia, LATAM and Pakistan), introduced local marketing in Japan, EMEA, China, Singapore & India, and expanded sales & technical personnel 39% globally.
§ Global Leader Positioning: Established and co-leads the Global Academic Business Team to elevate the CAS Brand and enhance the Customer Experience across the global academic sector.
