• Managing cement business activities for concrete batching plants, projects, and paints for the
wood industry with Shewin Williams brand, and decorative paints for the Nippont brand.
• Educating prospective and existing client base on the benefits and features of the company's
products and services.
• Managing and monitoring the budget for the region with full P&L responsibility.
• Developing a strategic plan for assigned regions by segmenting, allocating, and deploying
resources, establishing targets, quotas and forecasting of expenses.
• Participating in and offering expertise to employees in all phases in contract execution.
• Upholding strong client relationships and maintaining contact with all customers in the
market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Providing customer support by acting as the point of contact for troubleshooting specific
customer problems.
