1.3. Manage of the whole recruitment processes: Advertisement, CV screening, interviewing, selection, letter offer, and appointment letter. 整體照母流程管制:爭、選、育、用、留、舍。
1.4. Weekly update recruitment status to CEO and line Managers. 每週人力招募狀況向主管匯報。
2. Training & Development/培訓與發展:
2.1. Responsibility to analysis the training & development program of organization. 負責公司整體分類培訓與發展課程分析
2.2. Coordinate with line managers to conduct training analysis for different employee levels. 結合各部門主管進行不同等級之人員訓練分析
2.3. In charge of training programs such as orientation new comers, and training employee. 新進員工、在職員工等進行教育訓練
2.4. Responsibility to coordinate with external training organizations, schools. 負責與外部教育訓練機關、學校合作溝通協調。
2.5. Execute training plan by coordinating external trainings and conducting internal trainings. 通過內/外部教育訓練方式展開訓練與發展計劃。
3. Performance & Competency 績效考核與能力管理:
3.1. Building competency framerwork relating to HRD targets 建立與管理有關人資能力框架。
3.2. Developing and managing KPIs system relating to HRD targets 建立與管理有關人資發展目標之 KPIs 系統。
3.3. Coordinate with line manager to prepare the basic competency, qualification competency, and value competency for staff levels. 結合各部門主管對不同等級人員進行工作能力與資格評核。
3.4. In charge in classification report of annual competency appraisal and performance appraisal system result. 負責年度能力評估分級報告和績效考核結果。
4. Compensation & Benefit/薪酬與福利。
4.1. Create salary structures and C&B schemes for employee. 建立薪資架構與福利制度。
4.2. Ensure the provision of an efficient personnel and accurate payroll. 確保提供有效與符合薪資體系。
4.3. Conduct yearly performance evaluation and recommend right salary (review) for performance and salary benchmarks where available. 依照年度績效考核並提出適當的薪資基準建議。
4.4. Ensure compliance to the approved salary budget. 有效控管人力費用。
4.5. Ensure adherence to company’s guideline on salary review and promotions. 確保薪資核定與晉升制度應用。
5. Employee relation/勞動關係:
5.1. Ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations, labor laws and coordinate with relevant authorities. 確保公司全員對公司內部規定與當地現行法律規定之執行。 5.2. Responsible for staff’s rewards, disciplinary actions, etc. 負責公司全員之獎懲措施。
5.3. Coordinate staff promotion, transferring, termination processes. 人員晉升、轉職、終止程序管制與協調。
5.4. Ensure staff satisfaction level by conducting staff satisfaction survey, exit interviews, etc; providing recommendations for improvements. 人員滿意度調查、人員離職面談等;確保員工滿意度並提供改進建議。
5.5. Organize staff’s yearly event: traveling, meeting, party… 員工年度活動規劃。 5.6. Address day-to-day staff related issues. 人員日常工作關係問題解決。

6. HR Information System management/人力資源系統資管理
6.1. Consider & propose the budget for HRIS, survey & work with suppliers to build up and implement the HRIS. 評估並提出人力資源信息系統的預算,調查並與供應商協商建立和實施人力資源信息系 統
6.2. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. 通過設計檔案和檢索系統有效保留人力資源全面資訊與記錄。
