Responsibilities &
Achievements:
Supervise the operation in the North: Set up Sales budget, Sales plan. (Estimate
sales demand based on forecasted production consumption of customers, seasonal
factor, price policy, legislation, market survey).
Controlling Project Sales: Managed multiple projects, from concept to
manufacturing launch. Focus on activities in vying with rival as BASF, Continental,
etc. for first place in Viet Nam market with market share accounted for 80%.
Analyze situation of customer (financial status, monthly consumption forecast...)
and consult Sales strategy to Marketing Director. (Based on regular visit, summarize
and analyze sales data to give opinion at a certain time: price request, delivery
schedule, quantity, payment term).
