主要工作职责及成绩 Job Responsibility and main achievement:
1. 全面负责道依茨法尔机械有限公司研发部以及全资子公司山东大启机械有限公司研发部的日常工作:
be responsible for the general management of DFM and SDM R&D:
(1) 负责产品全生命周期的管理,包括新产品的开发、现有产品的维护升级和市场以及生产技术相关问题的解决。
Responsible for the management of the whole product life cycle, including the development of new products, the maintenance and upgrading of existing products, and the resolution of market and production technology related issues.
(2) 负责东亚区的市场调研和产品定位以及规划并负责实施,参与集团公司全球产品定位及规划。
Responsible for market research, product positioning and planning in East Asia and implementation, and participating in global product positioning and planning of the Group.
(3) 负责研发团队的建设和维护,研发内部以及外部关联部门相关流程的制定、更新和发布。
Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the R&D team, and the formulation, update and release of relevant processes of internal and external R&D related departments.
(4) 负责研发部部门年度预算的制定以及达成。
Responsible for the formulation and achievement of the annual budget of the R&D Department.
(5) 负责产品的成本以及毛利的制定以及达成。
Responsible for the formulation and achievement of product cost and gross profit.
(6) 其它研发部相关工作。

2. 全面负责道依茨法尔机械有限公司工艺部质量部以及全资子公司山东大启机械有限公司工艺部质量部的日常工作:
Responsible for the general management of DFM and SDM technology and quality department:
(1) 负责公司产品相关工艺文件的校对和审核。
Be responsible for proofreading and reviewing the company's product related technology process documents.
(2) 负责公司产品工艺工装的规划和实施并完成产品生产工艺提升计划的完成。
Be responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's product process and tooling and the completion of the product production process improvement plan.
(3) 负责车间工人的工艺能力的提高和改善。
Be responsible for the improvement of workshop workers' technology process capability.
(4) 负责工艺部质量部部门年度预算的制定以及达成。
Responsible for the formulation and achievement of the annual budget of the technology and quality Department.
(5) 负责整个公司质量相关工作,供应商质量、来料质量、生产质量、整机质量等等质量环节的控制。

(6) 负责公司工艺、质量体系的搭建、认证以及维护。

3. 负责山东大启车间生产运营工作(玉米机生产车间、测试车间)。
Responsible for the production and operation of SDM Workshop (harvester production workshop and test workshop).
主要成绩 main achievement:
(1) 完成公司所有产品平台的国四升级(拖拉机18个平台,100余种机型,收获机10个平台30多种机型)以及其它10个全新平台的开发。
Complete the CNIV emission upgrading of all product platforms (18 platforms for tractors, more than 100 models, 10 platforms for harvesters and more than 30 models) and the development of 10 other new platforms.
(2) 加入公司半年内,彻底解决了之前三年未解决的公司全系列产品高温问题以及变速箱齿轮失效问题。并建立相关设计规范。
Within half a year after joining the company, completely solved the overheat issues and transmission gears failure issues which were not been solved in past three years in the market of all series products. And establish relevant design standards.
(3) 引入市场调研标准、产品需求分析规范,引入产品经理岗位等,有效的提升了产品规划需求和战略的分析的准确性和全面性。
The introduction of market research standards, product demand analysis specifications, and product manager positions effectively improved the accuracy and comprehensiveness of product planning demand and strategy analysis.
(4) 全面引入项目管理制,有效的缩短了开发周期,降低了开发费用。
The comprehensive introduction of project management effectively shortened the development cycle and reduced the development cost.
(5) 通过引入DFEAM、PFEAM等工具提高了设计成功率,降低了产品开发风险。
Through the introduction of DFEAM, PFEAM and other tools, the success rate of design is improved and the risk of product development is reduced.
(6) 推行模块化设计,公司总零部件数量降低约30%(187,000余种降低至132,000余种);
