Follow-up office payment processes;
link between landlord/suppliers and the company;
support resignation staff and receive new hiring's, process their assets with the respective areas, induction of internal processes and internal policies in order they can be followed;
communicate bulletins and notices from Central Offices and Headquarter;
coordinate the day-to-day operation of the facilities and manage requests to fix any issue toguarantee the office it's a clean, well-maintained, organized and safety space;
anticipate office items and supplies needs to purchase and control them; manage agenda to arrange meetings/interviews, prepare rooms, visitors record and working minutes (if needed); coordinate events;
receive and deliver correspondence;
booking hotels and reservation of restaurants;
support foreign staff both personal and professional issues;
prepare reports/list of tasks to review with Directors.
Achievement:
- To find an opportunity to improve the organization and control of an international company regional office
(such as devices and office supplies inputs and outputs, meeting rooms, staff records, among others).
- Coordinate the regional office moving, supervise the construction and conditioning the new facilities.
