▪ Redesign supply chain model for Fiber Cement Board export to Philippines to make whole chain competitive and create cost saving (28M.THB in 2020, 15 M.THB in 2021 est) via profit optimization and lean management.
▪ Supervised the containerized shipments to balance demand & supply amid the global freight disruption with competitive cost through alternative models (Bulk & voyage charter) upon market rate of each model at the time.

▪ Analyzed operation data and monitor daily operation on truck, barge and ocean transport by using TQM concept to ensure the efficiency of distribution in supply chain.
▪ Ensured warehouse of general cargo compliance with FIFO concept to control inventory aging, lost, space utilization and safety to all employees
