工作描述: 负责生产线的日常生产管理,产线产品质量管理,产线工艺品质管理,产线人员管理。
日常工作有:
1.班组日常早中晚班前会。对之前工作做出总结与点评,并对本时间段的工作做出指导与安排,生产现场5S管理。
2.设备人员点检与调配。开线前对产线的设备和人员做日常点检,确认其状态是否符合生产要求,合理处理产线员工的异常,消除有异常员工对生产带来的影响。
3.生产管理。产线生产状态切换管理调配,各类文件的维护与跟踪。生产现场巡视,工艺纪律,劳动纪律检查。
4.物料管理。生产所需主辅料的供应保障,出现异常时的问题分析。与物料部沟通协调。
5.品质管理。产线产品质量管控,来件品质异常处理。线下产品的质量做全程追踪管理。负责异常品的返修安排,市场问题的原因分析,职责追溯和问题处理。与质量部沟通协调。
6.工艺优化。对生产过程中的装配问题统计分析,做出合理工艺优化,稼动率与直行率的提升。
7.成本管控。管控单台损耗,做成本分析。辅料合理的计划和分配。
8.员工培训及考核。新入职员工技能提升,培训计划及岗位分配,员工习熟度提升,员工绩效评定。
9.台帐维护。当天员工出勤、加班核实,系统录入。管理系统维护,生产日报表分析完善,目视化看板维护。
10.新公司筹备支援。各类工艺文件的收集,预制订,土建工程进度跟进,管理/生产人员培养等。
11.上级领导安排的其他任务。

Description: 1. The daily meeting of the team in the morning, middle and evening. Summarize and comment on the previous work, make guidance and arrangement for the work in this period, and manage 5S on the production site.

9. Ledger maintenance. Employee attendance and overtime verification on the same day, system entry. Maintenance of management system, perfect analysis of daily production reports, and visualized Kanban maintenance.
10. New company preparation support. Collection, pre-preparation of various process documents, follow-up of civil engineering progress, management / production staff training, etc.
