材料测试及工艺改善工作职责:
1.对软板FPC供应商之原材料进行测试 并出具测试报告满足产线工艺需求
原材涵盖:FPC铜箔Fccl、覆膜Coverlay、PI、纯胶(AD)、油墨、银浆(GS/YS/Ag)进行验证测试
2.对干湿制程线主要药水(蚀刻药水)耗材(曝光干膜、SMT锡膏、锡条)进行测试验证并评估
3.对场内过期原材料进行评估认证并按照条件延期质量寿命
4.评估厂内生产线相关设备(如铆钉机,半自动冲孔机),同时为开发合格供应商提出工程上意见(焊面处理厂商(常熟合亿)评定)
样品工艺描述:
1.根据客户需求,确认FPC各制程试产首件并解决制程异常以及达成客户交期和进度管控。
2.全制程反馈制程中的异常并且提出合理的设计规范并反馈给工程设计。
3.特殊制程异常分析:能够独立完成镀铜切片(PTH、blind via、buried via)及相关孔型判定
4.制程良率提升专案:从cost down的观点出发与现场PM合作完成低成本适宜型制程测试运用QC七大手法降低产品报废率提升

Research and development Reliability Engineer
Description: Material testing and process improvement
1. Tested the raw materials of FPC suppliers and issued test reports to meet the process requirements of production line
Raw materials: FPC copper foil Fccl, Coverlay, PI, pure adhesive (AD), ink, silver paste (GS/YS/Ag) for verification and testing
2. Test and verify and evaluate the main potions (etching potions) consumables (dry film exposure, SMT solder paste and tin strip) for the dry and wet process line
3. Evaluate and certify the expired raw materials on the site and extend the quality life according to the conditions
4. Evaluated the equipment related to the production line in the factory (such as rivet machine, semi-automatic punching machine), and put forward engineering Suggestions for the development of qualified suppliers (evaluation of welding surface treatment manufacturer (Changshu Hexi Billion));
Sample process description:
1. According to customer requirements, confirm the first piece of FPC trial production in each manufacturing process, solve the abnormal manufacturing process, and achieve customer delivery and schedule control.
2. Feedback the abnormalities in the whole process and propose reasonable design specifications and feed back to the engineering design.
3. Special process abnormal analysis: Independently completed copper plating section (PTH, Blind via, Buried via) and related pass determination
4. Process yield improvement project: from the point of cost down, cooperate with PM on site to complete the low-cost suitable process test, using seven QC techniques to reduce the product scrap rate
