工作內容Expatriate to New York for 3 years 1.Design Team PDK Enablement maintenance and support 2.Co-Work with Designers, Foundry and CAD team closely to port new tools and process data into design environment 3.Design Team CAD flow and methodology support 4.StarRC RC extraction, post simulation flow and back-annotation support 5.Virtuoso Design environment enablement and support 6.Initiate Pcell/DRC/LVS/PEX sections and management 7.Working with 8 team members and do the FinFet Process transfer and PDK maintenance. 8.Working with Design team, design flow and enablement data support 8.MRAM cell component LVS/DRC rules creation and maintenance

1.負責 Foundry 客戶 iPDK 製作 (pycell, tcl callback, cellview, QA) 2.負責 Foundry 客戶 PDK to iPDK 移植 3.負責 Foundry 客戶 CustomCompiler techfile 技術支援 4.負責 Foundry 客戶 CustomCompiler/Laker utility 和技術支援 5.負責 iPDK 驗證 flow, frontend to backend. (simulation, schematic entry, driven layout, LVS/DRC verification, extraction, post simulation) 6.每年製作的 iPDK 超過四套, 移植的 iPDK 超過十套

工作內容1.負責 Foundry 客戶 PDK 製作 (pcell, skill callback, cellview, QA) 2.負責 Foundry 客戶 CDB PDK to OA PDK 移植 (from 0.25um to N16) 3.負責 Foundry 客戶 Virtuoso techfile 技術支援 4.負責 Foundry 客戶 Virtuoso PDK utility 和技術支援 5.負責 Foundry 客戶 PDK team 的 Virtuoso schematic, ADE, Layout suite, PVS, QRC flow 技術支援 6.負責 Foundry 客戶 PDK PCell 技術支援 7.負責建立 Virtuoso PDK 維護 修改 以及驗證流程 frontend to backend. (simulation, schematic entry, driven layout, LVS/DRC verification, extraction, post simulation) 8.建立整個 PDK migration flow, 建立整套 migration flow, 並且將整個CDB PDK 轉道 OA PDK 包含 QA 流程從一個月一套改善到一周一套 9.參與 Virtuoso PDK advanced feature enablement (DPT, coloring, guardring) 計畫
