I currently work at Hana Deco Co., Ltd. as an executive director for general sales who is responsible for contract/supply project sales for construction firms and agencies and distribution wholesale/retail sales (B2C). I successfully obtained KRW 4 billion worth of construction contract for kitchen & Bath with Lotte new premium apartment brand construction after joining the Partner company  in three months. It is expected to supply from August 2021.

 I worked at TOTO Korea Co., Ltd, which is a Japanese multinational company’s subsidiary as an HQ direct for channel sales which was responsible for carried out channel sales on obtaining contracts with and supplying to construction companies and sales with agencies and distribution wholesale/retail sales (B2C). I am proceeding with obtaining contracts with and supplying to Korea’s five-star hotels (Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Jeju Four Season Hotel, etc.), reconstruction apartments (Samsung C&T Corporation’s Gaepo council apartment, Hyundai Construction’s Banpo Complex 1, 2, 3 & 4), etc. And, B2C agencies and exhibition halls were opened in Nonhyun-dong, Busan, Jeju, etc., expanding the wholesale/retail sales. In addition, I proceed with diverse collaboration channel projects with Korea’s major interior and design corporates, including Kukbo Design, Dawon Design, Eunmin Interior, Samwon Design, Samwoo Design, Daehye Construction, Dongil Interior, and Dooyang Construction.

I was responsible for the channel sales of obtaining contracts and supplies items of kitchen furniture (including built-in furniture and faucet) and general furniture of construction firm projects. My job focused on B2B project sales, such as apartments, officetels, hotels, commercial facilities, etc. I successfully obtained a 10 billion worth of project contract in 2017 and achieved KRW 6 billion of individual sales (sales: KRW 1.7B in 2015, KRW 2.7B in 2016).

- Sales Target Channel: Residential Project(Construct/B2B), Hotel & Resort Project, Commercial distributor, B2C Diatrubutors

- Sales Action Plan: Established the cooperation system with construction firms’ design teams, large interior/design companies (more than 150 shops), Hanssem’s Korean domestic kitchen furniture companies, Korean domestic sanitaryware shops (20 shops), KOHLER distributors, national interior/construction material/B2C wholesale/retail shops

I was responsible for registering the furniture contractors of construction firms, bidding, preparing estimates, and working on contract tasks. From August to December 2008, I achieved KRW 6 billion as my individual performance on obtaining contracts. My KPI has currently reached KRW 12 billion of contracts and KRW 10 billion of sales performed in 2009 (responsible for projects under the kitchen/general furniture categories as well as home environmental appliances (bidet, water purifier, food waste disposals, etc.)).

These works allowed me to range over extensive hands-on experiences and theories on production management, material cost control, outsourcing production, and purchasing management.
