• Manage team member activity

• Handling STS, Flat products (Coated steel, Silicone steel, HRC & CRC) and Long 

products (Billet, wire rods, pipe and rebar)

• Develop new customer, supplier and items business and maintain regular 

customer

• Responsible for discuss with main supplier

• Do cold calling to potential customer and guide team member to follow

• Handle import material sales and documentation

• Handle export material sales and cargo checking

• Solve customer claim or dispute and settle it based on GM approval

• Supervise shipment and material delivery to customer

• Handling Flat products (Coated steel, TMBP, Silicone steel, HRC & CRC) and 

Long products (Steel plate, Billet and wire rods)

• Develop new customers and items and maintain regular customer

• Develop relation with supplier and make frequent visit

• Manage SNI issue

• Handle export material to South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, India and UEA

• Handle export and import documentation

• Advice customers about current steel market conditions

• Solve customer claim or dispute and settle it based on head office approval

• Support chemical division for PP and PE business

• Promote and sell company teaching material and course

• Develop new customers

• Part time Tutor and make tutor video

• Give suggestion to customers, regarding suitable heavy equipment and make 

quotation

• Handle customer rent fee payment and customer complaints.

• General Affair and support marketing job

• Handle internal documentation and company legal documents
