Working as local Country Manager based in Moscow (home office) with areas of responsibilities – Russia, Belarus, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia. Direct reporting to Export Sales Director and Commercial Director of Jacuzzi EMEA.
Main obligations:
- development of local sales in each area;
- create, rebirth and further support/growth of distribution network (wholesale, retail, designers&architectors, project sales channel);
- development and implementation of sales terms&conditions;
- contracts drafting and signing;
- payment terms evaluation and control;
- planning of budget, net sales (value/volume), gross margin, cost calculation;
- forecasting on monthly/quarterly/annual basis;
- marketing activities development and implementation in close cooperation with company Mkt.Dpt.;
- negotiations on all levels;
- staff training&seminars;
- participated in professional exhibitions (incl. organization of booth construction and presentation);
- artersales service (claims and spare-part support);
- product certification process (for EAC market);
- market control and analysis (price policy/RRP);
- business trips and meetings;
- daily contact with factory and all departments;

Achievements:
Sales restart and further growth up (2021vs.2020 +28%, 2022vs.2021 +21% YTD); net sales TO FY’22 Russia > 1M €.
Total restructuring of local dealer’s network – from many independent dealers (small and big ones; retail stores and design-bureau) to key distributors/importers (with direct contract with factory) in each product line;
Legal contracts between distributor and factory (no “grey”schemes); direct payments; gross margin control.
Solved the problem of bad debts (~400K €);
Certification EAC for all assortments sold in Russia;
Took part in international professional exhibitions in Russia and Europe – Aqua-Therm, MosBuild, Aqua-Salon, ISH, Cersaie and others;
