Responsibilities:
· As the Sr. Business Development Manager, I am responsible for creating and maintaining solid relationships and making business decisions to achieve sales growth.
· I define and plan ways to grow the business, find areas of client needs, manage business negotiations, manage distribution channel partnerships and implement marketing growth strategies.
· I initiate critical key indicators to quantify and measure KPIS in Strategic and Operational areas.
· I develop marketing strategies that focused on social media, white papers, and technical seminars.
· I create technical presentations to reach potential leads, timeline with topics for the launch of white papers and strategies with milestones to grow visibility and company exposure.
· Within the company, I have implemented internal procedures to manage incoming RFQs that track the progress, status, and sourcing of leads by creating a custom VB application program.
· I led and trained our operation’s colleagues on initiating a formal Quality Inspection Plan that included in-process inspections, incoming/outgoing inspections, and FAIR.
