Responsibilities:

· We have been manufacturing die casting machines since 1953 and currently have more than 15,000 installed around the world, with approximate 1,000 in North America.

· With this many machines in NA, we have developed quite a legacy.

· One of my primary objectives is to keep our current customers happy and up to date on our new offerings. I closely work with our internal and external teams to develop new markets, shows, training programs, presentations, and identifying & qualifying new sales opportunities.

· I work closely and comfortably with our internal team from the GM, Technical Specialist, Customer Service, Parts Support, and Service Technicians, continuously striving to provide great customer service.

· In addition to managing our external great Sales Representative organization which covers the Midwest, I pursue additional opportunities in the open territories in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities:

· Matrix develops, manufactures, and supplies industrial automation equipment and systems to manufacturing companies worldwide. Matrix is a full service factory automation supplier specializing in machine tending, deburring, and pick and place solutions.

· Our team at Matrix Design is experienced in high volume manufacturing robotic systems and cells. We successfully integrated over 200 robot arms in 2015, most of which going into OEM and first tier automotive plants throughout North America. In spring of 2016, we will be opening an additional plant just for our automotive partners, leaving plenty of capacity in our existing facilities for our other business sector customers..

· Factory Automation Systems include:

- Machine Tool Load/Unload

- Robotic Deburring

- Tray/Basket Exchange (used for Alloy tray exchange)

- Palletizing

- Inspection

- Assembly

Responsibilities:

· Administer procedures and tasks of CNC staff and students as related to CNC training to ensure the highest quality of education. Incorporate and utilize instructing staff and innovations to educate students at various levels of CNC and Computerized Manufacturing Training. Ensure machines and equipment are in compliance with OSHA, and any other relevant standard. Maintain efficient and fiscally sound management of financial resources needed to execute effective CNC training.

Responsibilities:

· A manufacturing Rep / Distributor of manufacturing solutions such as high production machines and automation.

· Work with customers to determine appropriate manufacturing, assembly, or robotic solution.

Managed sales representatives in the Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin territories. Work directly with machine tool builders and their distributors.

Extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing, CNC, assembly, robotics, special purpose machines, high volume production lines, and IIOT.

· CNC Machine Tools include:

Horizontal milling and boring/ Vertical milling and turning/ Specialty machines/ Multi axes/ FMS and automated solutions
