I was promoted to the role of a Professional GP Sales Rep within 1.5 years of working with AZ.
I ensured that I continually surpassed my required KPI's every day. I increased our market share in Geelong (26.7% to38.8%), in Outer West (Sunshine, Deer Park, Footscray) from 36.7% to 41.2% and in Warrnambool(32.3% to 35.7%).
This was despite the fact that we had major obstacles in a generic hitting the market, our product being included in the
streamlined authority as well as the introduction of a new competitor product (Breo)
I came up with a new “hot week" strategy, where my entire team would focus on just one region and continually visit and
seguentially sell the same GP's for a week, once every quarter. Once a region would be recognised as the worst
performing/ highest potential during our quarterly data analysis, we would go ahead with this strategy. This is how I was
able to turn around our Geelong region
I have received 900 Charlie Points over my tenure at AZ. Charlie points is a recognition system where an employee gets
recognised for going above and beyond their duties to represent AZ's values. These points need to get approved by the
Head of Sales AU/NZ.
My team and I have continually surpassed our SvT.Forinstance, our SvTfor Q4 2019 for Symbicort Rapihaler was 124.4%
and for the Turbuhaler was 118%.
I was able to gain access to previously inaccessible clinics in Colac and Geelong, by being entrepreneurial and thinking
outside the box
