产品成本分析工程师(Should cost engineer)
职责业绩:
-电扶梯机械件应当成本分析(原价分析 Should Cost Analysis ,SCA)
•从不同部门搜集所需的基本信息
•分析产量对总成本的影响
•对比图纸及BOM,复核供应商报价内容
•结合3D模型,使用APriori分析应当成本(SCA)
•必要时,手工计算应当成本(SCA)
•将分析结果展示给采购,设计等部门
-对概念设计及产品设计进行设计比较
-设定供应商目标价格,参与到供应商协作(ABC成本法,ABC Activity Based Costing)
-竞品分析\公司内部产品对标分析
-客户定制产品成本估算
-自制\外采分析
-识别并实现降本机会
-优化KONE流程及SCA相关工具
-产品VA\VE分析
-逆向工程
-产品变更(CR or ECN)所涉及的成本评估
其他
-在供应商谈判中,指导并支持采购团队
-创建并维护工艺成本数据库
-对KONE各地研发中心提供国际支持
-帮助建立成本模型(cost model)
-监控市场上原材料价格
-工艺研究(钣金\铸件\塑料件)
-SCA工具优化
- Performing Should Cost Analysis (SCA) for mechanical components of elevator and escalator products and their subassemblies, including:
o Gathering all basic information required from different stakeholders
o Volume distribution analysis of products to be analyzed
o Checking the supplier quotation content vs the drawings and BOM
o Using aPriori software to make SCA for a product with 3D CAD model
o Making manual SCA where needed (e.g. packing, Transportation etc.)
o Presenting the results of SCA to case participants from sourcing, product design, etc.
o Participating in:
Design comparisons for new concepts and product designs
Supplier price target setting & supplier collaboration
Competitor product / internal benchmarking
Custom-engineered product cost estimations
Make or buy analysis
Identification and validation of product cost saving actions
Development of KONE processes, methods and tools related to SCA
