Reports to the VP sales AP in supporting to sales managers in various market. (Food ingredients, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Batteries) Core support to Food Ingredient Sales Manager AP in various application segment (Baking, Meat, Dairy, Cheese, Nutritionals, Food others, Pet food). Full line support unit of outside commercial team and maintaining related documentation Coordinator/contact person for customers and internal departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Business Development, Marketing etc.) Deliver high focus and attention on customers to create value and appropriate solution to problems racking of customer demand in coordination with AP sales manager Coordinate sales orders between customers’ expectation and production lead time capabilities Processing and provide remedy of customer complaints and coordinating problem solving workflow
Set up and obtaining credit references for review by Finance Gathering information for sales lead of all necessary customer relevant activities and actions, from consultation to production trial and commercialization Sales forecast in combination of monthly actualization and compilation of rolling sales planning for the defined customer base Organize biennial regional sales meeting and tradeshows Key account management (Nestle, Mead Johnson, Abbott Nutrition)
