My role starts from order placing through SAP system, solving unexpected issues, dealing with customer’s complaint, working on vessel schedule and shipping document. My experience varies through different delivery types– onshore and offshore; payment term – LC, DP, DA, open terms; and incoterms - FCA, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP, etc.
