Responsible for leading the overall seasonal designs and development of classic and tech sports concepts Men’s+ Women’s, with leading a each team of 3 designers.
Work directly with oversea creative director and co-President.
Create the seasonal theme, color palette, prints and patterns within merchandising plan.
Manage and direct design process for a given season from KAPPA HQ in Italy , building balanced assortments that include core, and fashion items as it pertains to multiple product categories.
Managing production approvals, material research, fit review and construction with technicians.
Responsible for ensuring that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy; interprets international/domestic concepts and fashion trends as it relates to market demands,
