Marketing plan, advertisement, price positioning, catalogues, these are
the main tasks I coordinate with the marketing team.

From the idea of a new product through the development till the
production. I’m normally involved to keep a connection between the seals
team and/or market request, and the development/production team in
order to be on time on the market with the right product.
Budgeting: preparation of annual sales budget
Sales analysis
Coordinate customer service team in order to give the best after sales
service
E-Commerce coordinator: specialised in Amazon platform, I coordinate a
group of colleagues to prepare and load all the information in the portal.
Analyse the sales through the portal and compare with standard
distribution channels. Select and coordinate Amazon marketing
campaigns to drive the sales to our products.
