Be responsible for providing excellent services to existing customers and developing new business relationships in an assigned region; East Asia(China), Africa and M/E. Maintaining sales growth of current customers, while seeking new potential distributors in new countries.
- Following up new business opportunities and lead online meeting/training with clients/distributors.
- Facilitate and manage the key stakeholders to manage shipments as plan.
- To drive and liaise for any NPD projects in order to generate a new sales lead with R&D, planning,
production, finance & costing and marketing team.
- Develop marketing materials and tools to support and build brand awareness in international markets
such as POSM, print media. While, managing for marketing strategy such as rebate, sales promotions,
giveaway, etc.
- Plan and manage A&P spending to maximize budget, while achieving brand activation in assigned
market.
Achievements:
- To explore the commercial goals of TOA products in China, managing the project of paint products to
meet China GB Standard by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generating new business with Singapore and Philippines partners.
- To drive sales volume with potential partner in Africa as a double digits in 2022.
