Maintain strong relationship with existing customers to update the market situation, competitor activities,
and approach Brenntag new products. Developing new customers is essential for the growth target.
Constantly evaluate market situation, industry trends, and competitive environment in relationship to the
company’s strategy. Regularly update management on these items
Responsible for EBIT and P/L of the business.
Provide product or technical support/ information for all Coating team related products including monomer
,Resin and Reactive diluent.
Be responsible for the daily business both of stock and indent business: order enquiry, price negotiation,
logistics, and transportation. Small customers/ commodity driven as indicated in the customer segmentation
should be delegated to distributors. Focus on value driven customers.
Build up the new business based on the projection in customer segmentation.
Cooperate and provide the information to regional supervisor and Asian colleagues. Acting as Application
Specialist/ caretaker of emulsion and adhesive/ resin sectors on behalf of ASEAN.
Update the customer activities on CRM report system.
Report the high quality and on a timely manner for monthly and quarterly report.
Handle two key suppliers and ten suppliers for small to global accounts.
Key accounts are Dow Chemical , Solvay , Jotun, Beyer, Hexion , 3M , Shinetsu , BASF , TOA , Hunstman ,
Henkle , etc.
