Search, negotiation and dealing with suppliers in China
During my role in PepsiCo I was working in a factory of +1000 employees and involved in labor legislation matters such as negotiations with the Labor Union for new contractual conditions, adapting work contracts to changes in Mexican legislation, finishing contracts (voluntary or unvoluntary for employees) aligned to legal requirements, reviewing that our HR documents were aligned and ready for legal audits, between others
Turnover rates: part of my responsabilities in PepsiCo was to measure turnover, identify redflags and areas of focus for reducing this number and efforts for retaining people in the company.
