-Especially clutches(CL1, CL2), CVT load analysis, deterioration of CVT fluid, etc.
4)Planning and execution of US Fleet Test
-Preparation driving route and implementation of driving test considering driving load distribution(traffic jam
mode, uphill mode, high-speed driving, etc.)
5)Extraction of issues in US Fleet driving and feedback to design
-Hold weekly meetings with North America to share issues
2.As responsible person for System test, executed the following task
1)Validate main performance such as driving performance, fuel efficiency, drivability, noise and vibration,
heat, etc. in system and vehicle test
2)Extract performance problems and feedback to design
3.As responsible person for Market Quality, executed the following task
1)Manage all market defect in collaboration with Field Quality Control Division and promote solving problems
2)Confirmation of the effectiveness of countermeasure for engine start clutch noise defect and decision to

1.Launched the X-Trail HEV in Japan and Thailand in 2015, and the Rogue HEV in the US in 2016.
2.After launch, have promoted the collection of market defects and improvement of defects.
1)The problem of durability and reliability is zero defects in the market.
2)As a performance problem, engine start clutch noise occurred, so executed the following task as Test Center.

1.The QX60 Hybrid was launched in the US in 2013 and the Murano Hybrid in 2014 in the US/CHN.
2.After the launch, established a defect countermeasure team in the US and investigated all concern/defect
that customer complained, managed them until completion.
3.In the market quality activities in the US, Japanese development engineers were stationed to promote
activities that also included human resource development.

2.In order to complete this project, I have managed all the issues of system design, component design, ECU
design, vehicle trial production, and system evaluation and proceeded this project managing 6 subordinates
including 2 foreign subordinates and involving related departments as well.
In particular, the charging system task was shared with the EV, so I have worked in collaboration with the
Leaf team.

1.Fuga Hybrid has been released in 2011. After that, Skyline Hybrid has been also released.
2.In order to complete this project, as the execution leader, I have lead all related departments(Engine,Motor,
Battery,T/M etc), and managed issue arrangement, problem solution promotion, and progress management of
all control problems.
3.At the same time, we started activity to improve software quality. We have executed evaluation on the desk
and fleet test, finally have developed high quality software.
