Prepare and assist Customer requisitions in activities such as quotes, special projects and tariff rates, all related to import-Export.
Coordinates complex, multi-regional and multi-modal pricing teams required to Respond timely. and effectively to complex, high revenue potential (2.5M Euro) Bids.
Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers such as Airlines, trucking companies, Custom brokers for the development of tariffs, on time delivery, payment terms, etc.
Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Mexican custom’s regulations law, products, services and operations and countries involved on the transaction.
Maintain a predetermined number of target account and demonstrate active attention to those accounts and progress toward closing.
Run sales reports, Sales analysis, and databases for export and imports.
Maintain quality standard measures using quality systems such as: KPI, Kaizen Methodology, Lean & Six Sigma & Lean.
Analyze Request for Quote material from internal customers to determine structure for strategy to support business needs from Product perspective.
Liaise with product experts to ensure the logic used in pricing processes and applications is resulting in appropriately calculated cost and profit.
