Hiep Thuy Ceramics is trading company. The company is a big tile’s distributors in South & Central Region of Viet Nam.
- Position in Sales Director.
- Report to Company Owner - CEO
- Responsible to manage Sales Department included : Marketing (Designer/Marketing/QC), Sales (B2B & B2C) and Showroom.
- Focus and responsible in Sales & Marketing activities. Built up new tile’s brand product “Ecotiles”, its one of Hiep Thuy’ s OEM product.
- Focus on main Customers: Owners / Designer/ Contractor and Survey and Consultant Company and Dealers system in South, Central and North of Viet Nam to support them in Sales & Marketing activities.
- Responsible to realize Company Sales Target commitment.
- Analysis strength & weakness of competitors in order to find out opportunity to win projects.
- Analysis business opportunity from End User Market & Building Material Market (retails & projects)
- Making and organizing sales plans, reporting to Company Owner (CEO)
- Responsible for Sales Department in Training, recruitment new candidate for Sales Department; reward and discipline members belong to Sales Department.
