dealership, panel and repair facility and certificate of roadworthiness centre
• Strategic and growth development of division
• Manage staff complement of approximately 280 people
• Devise/ implement yearly budgets; branch cash flow management
• Maintain high standards of manufacture franchise standards
• Manage floorplan control (new vehicle stock); ~ ZAR 60 M
• Manage pre-owned vehicle stock
• Supervise new/ current facility upgrades
• Manage/ develop staff training
• Set up/ manage quality control measures and processes
• Manage group debtors/ creditors
Achievements
After a closure notice was issued to Greytown Toyota dealership, I was appointed to turn the business around in Oct 2008. Within a few months the dealership was breaking even and turning a profit.
Financial year 2010 and 2011 (March 2010 – Feb 2011) performance won Mascor Dealer of the Year.
