Deputy Sales Manager
With 700 peoples, 05 plants, this is a well known company in molding, injection & plating industry. Its main
product is plastic & metal coating, mostly for chrome plalting. Specialize in Home Appliance, Motobike &
Automotive industry. Main customer is TOYOTA, VINFAST, PIAGGIO ,SANSUNG, SHARP, PANASONIC... etc.
My role here is to manage & develop a team, service and penetrate more in existing customers as well as
looking for new clients. Research and develop company’s own brand and delivery it to end-customer.
Sales Development:
• Build-up & develop & manage sales team, strengthen company reputation by training super sales-fore
• Build-up relationships with existing customers, teach sales team how to develop a relationship to be
more closer.
• Finding, approaching, developing new customer.
• Establish working procedure between parties.
• Build up sales strategies, sales operating plan for each key clients.
• Give direction, making decision for sales team in pricing, customer approaching
• Define key cusstomer to focus depending on each period of time.
• Helping sales-staff to define who is key influencer, who is the right making decision, who will support,
who is not.
• Market research: Research all competitors information (activities, promotions, product trends,showrooms, future strategies....).
• Penetrate more on existing customer with new products. New way of approaching, new Dept to find-out
new opportunity.
• Build-up & development new product for new market, build up quota for sales, pricing,
• Searching for new business opportunity and presenting to BOD.
• CRM – customer Relationship Management: Understand each individual who I am working with, who I
have speaked, their role, their future development.
• Build up a good working environment for sales team so that they are eager to work and contribute more
to the company.
• Build-up network with not only with clients, but also with clients’ plastic/ steel, other components
supplier.
• Encourage, motivate sales team to archive sales target.
• Co-ordinate between others Department to prevent un-necessary argument with customer/ clients.
Oversea selling:
• Finding new op-portunity by looking for new chance with oversea clients via Alibaba, Amazon,
international Exhibition.
• Online meeting, introducing PTE to oversea clients.
• Build-up network that can cross introduce each other.
• Set-up F2F meeting. NDA signing, price quoting, price dealing, closs deal.
• Define payment term, credit amount/limits
Technical support & Problem solving
• Coordinate with other Depts to settle the production issues, customer complaining.
• Set-up meeting with cross functions to find the root cause affected to product characteristic as well as
having multidimensional view with the problems.
• Proposing technical ideas to settle the product issues. (dimension, 3D comments...etc).
Project Management, Project leads:
• Ensure project finihsed to be on time.
• Co-ordinate with QC Dept, Mold Dept, Log Dept, Accouting Dept, Pressing Dept, RnD Dept to make sure
the project runing in schedule time without any delaying & solving problems at early stages.
• Weekly meeting with TTL/ Edag: Design team, Engineer team from UK, Indian, China, Gemany to settle
the pending tasks.
• Guide team how to deal with with foreign engineer team (Technical. Purchasing, enginnering...) to have
the best result.
• Build-up good relationship with engineer/ design/ project lead person from clients.
Legal review & argument management, Project leads:
• Review contract with legal team to maintain company benefits.
• Contribute ideas to settle legal issues.
