Within DPSS (Device Partner Solution Sales) my responsibilities are:
- Lead the development of a multi-channel marketing program and communication strategy (the Marketing Plan) to
contribute to the growth of the products and services that generate value for the company in the South Cone region,
aligning with Sales and GTM priorities.
- Lead regional strategies for accessibility and sustainability marketing campaigns.
- Maximize opportunities by leveraging the programs, funds, and business opportunities.
- Improve the performance of the marketing funnel and conversion rates, from a data-driven marketing perspective.
- Support all the marketing engines (Digital, Evangelism, Programs, Incentives, Events, Partner Communications, DemandGeneration, Content/Asset Management, Campaign and Partner Training).
- “Modern Workplace” Initiative: Leading the program's marketing strategy, which aims to lead clients to a modern, hybrid
and safe work environment, based on strategic alliances with MNAs.
- Relationship with Partners: Build a relationship with Distributors, Resellers, Local Named and other Partners’ accounts to
understand their marketing needs and objectives.
- Events: Launch and manage online/offline strategies to increase awareness (events, webinars, podcasts, and training).
Develop, supervise, manage, evaluate, and execute participation in external events at the regional level.
- Budget Management: Prepare, plan, and manage the department's budget by optimizing resources.

o WW Nomination for Distributor Readiness Implementation.
o Successfully achieved 2 FY compliance audits, helping position the commercial segment at the top of the audit
scorecard.
o Teams Rooms Tour LATAM FY23: designed, developed, and executed the first event on DPSS LATAM on the Metaverse:
3400 registrants, 1840 attendees → 54% conversion rate.
