- Developed cemboard on sandwiches panel for building applications
- Developed cemboard as core of panel for interior applications
- Applied cemboard as Fire-resistance Wall and Doors.

Main responsibility for sales and marketing for Flooring and Wood
working products in Viet Nam market.
- Build the Customers' system in distribution network.
- Expand business development aligned to overall projects.
- Implement and execute marketing activities.
- Support all product's technic and customer services.
- Assistant to Managing Director.
*Achievement:
- Cooperated with No#1-2 Viet Nam Distributors of Flooring.
- Won 2 big Projects named MIK for Flooring in Ha Noi.

Main responsibility for trading of Flooring and Wood-working
products imported from Korea.
- Manage the Sales & Admin team to achieve the target.
- Build corporate relationships with customers in building industry.
- Create training programs and courses for all accounts.
- Support customers for all project's phases.
- Assistant to General Director.

- Cooperated with No#1 of Viet Nam Wood-working Manufacturer.
- Cooperated with top Distributors in Viet Nam market for 3 OEM's.

Main responsibility for sales of Sanitary and Fittings.
- Manage the sales team (6 members) in retail and modern trade.
- Support to develop the new OEM's product line.

- Built the new OEM's Fittings line of "Aqua" brand name.
- Established the Retail distribution network in HCMC Area.

Main responsibility for developing Distributors / Dealers in Sanitary
and Fittings Category.
- Take in charge HCMC and Provinces Dealers.
- Report and solve the issues between Distributors and Dealers.
- Perform sales and promotion programs for Dealers in charge.
- Support Dealers to search and win small projects in their areas.
- Training Agent's staffs for products and customer services.

guideline of display and sales in retail system.

Main responsibility for trading of imported Industrial products as
Insulation and Adhesive material.
- Maintain and extend B2B customers as Panel Manufacturers.
- Take in charge the Cold-storage's projects.
- Cooperate closely with foreign Suppliers.
- Translate documents, specifications and support technical issues.
- Assistant to Managing Director.

- Won the biggest Cold-storage project (Antara Preferred Freezer).
