− Identify and find target customers, conduct outreach and learn about customer needs,
presentation of solutions to help meet/solve customer needs (including product type,
aesthetics, budget).

− Recruit and train sales staff to meet the goals of quantity and quality.
− Make business plans by month, quarter and year, allocate sales targets to departments and
positions under the sales department, supervise, urge, and support to ensure that business
positions comply with and achieve set plans.
