Managing daily operations of 9 Dealerships, with 9 Dealer Principals reporting directly to me – including Sales, Aftersales, Parts and Admin
Visit dealers and review trading accounts with DP’s and line managers, ensure they are in line with budgets and benchmarks.
Assist with strategies to achieve budgets, units, GP and PBIT.
Review warranty age analysis, WIP, debtors, cash sales parts and service, review expenses, check vehicle and parts stock holding.
Weekly D.O.C report to C.E.O.
Monthly dealer meetings to discuss previous month results.
Monthly DP meeting – discuss group operational issues.
Ensure staff is sent on training.
Handling of HR issues.
Business Development – meeting with suppliers and customers.
Monthly performance management of DP’s.
Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures.
Assist with developing action plans for new month per brand.
Build relationships with OEM’s.
