• To monitor and initiate appropriate actions for the execution of requests related to new visa and work permit applications, family / relative visa, visa / passport renewals, visa
cancellations and new business visas / permits.
• Responsible for all HR functions such as recruitment process, compensation & benefit, employee relation, KPI, all payroll process.
• To handle payroll activities which are check a key-in employee and payroll details, payroll calculation, payroll reports, pay-slip, prepare Social Security forms, tax report submitting to revenue department and social security Office.
• Responsible for employee profiles and managing the employee's data and ensure the
data update accurately through the QuickBooks system.
• Perform data verification - especially on staff attendance, Time record, Leave record, over time.
• Managing employee relations, staff welfare, safety wellness and health. Administer and providing and providing
counseling benefit to employee, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers
• Interview job applicants; review applicant/resume; evaluate skills and make recommendation regarding applicant’s
qualifications.
• Ensure that company’s policies, procedures, and company’s regulation are aligned with labor law. Prepare, update, and
communicate to employees on policy related issues.
• Resolve manager and employee dissatisfaction by investigating complaints and concerns, evaluating, and offering.
possible courses of action and provide advice, guidance, and direction for resolution.
• Handling all function of Payroll and SSO.
• Preparing the PND.1 and Time attendance.
• Reporting the PND.1 Kor.
• Preparing the accounting document such as payment vouchers, income tax, PND.3,53.
• Supervising administration related activities including housekeeping, infrastructure management, facilities planning,
security & utilization of resources.
• Arranging for necessary infrastructure involving purchase of capital equipment, managing relocation of the office
premises.
• Developing and negotiating with vendors, managing contracts for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms.
• Coordinate for getting quotations from different suppliers for all admin related purchases and prepare comparative
statement for the same before selecting the vender.
• Monitor and track for the renewal of any license, agreements, registrations / approval required for the operation of
company's business and for the procurement of any new license and approvals.
• Contact with government offices including DBD, revenue department, social security office and NBTC for all related
company matters.
• Work with the director and GM to coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Assist in budget and monitoring expense.
• Manage and arrange for company payments.
• Issue Invoice, payment voucher and received voucher including prepare cheque and following payment.
