I am working as Sales Unit Supervisor for Mechanical Unit, with the following
Responsibilities: -
• Supervise Sales Engineers in different Regions (Dammam, Riyadh, andJeddah).
• Assist the Team to meet the required Tasks and coordinate the Schedules to
Meet all Sales Offers.
• Follow up Payment as per Terms and Conditions, through LC or as per
Payment Agreement to ensure payment is made on time.
• Track Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Performance, Sales Metrics and
answer Potential Customer Questions and Important Calls.
• Receive and Report on all Sales Leads.
• Identifying and approaching Potential Clients, in addition to registering as an
Approved Vendor with all major companies in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Industrial and EPC companies.
• Recruit, Hire, and Train New Sales Representatives.
• (Supplying Mechanical Products to Saudi Aramco, SABIC Industries, SEC,and other Major Companies)
• Identifying Current and Future Customer Service Requirements by
establishing Personal Rapport with Potential and Actual Customers and Other
People in a Position to understand Service Requirements.
• Understand customer needs and offer Solutions and Support.
• Check thoroughly the Exact Specification of Products Requested by Clients
and prepare cost estimates and send Price Offers.
• Following up the Receipt of Purchase Orders from the Customers.
• Making sure Products Delivery on Time as per Delivery Terms and
Conditions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Organizing the Exhibition Booths for Mechanical Products in Different Trade
Shows in SABIC Technical Meeting (STM-11), and The Society of Petroleum
Engineering Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (SPE-KSA).

1. Crane Chem-Pharma & Energy : Valves
2. Alfa Laval : Plate Heat Exchangers
3. Acquip : Laser Alignment Services.
